Terms of Service

Regarding payments:

  • Payment is always up front and must be paid within 48 hours.

  • For payments that are larger than 300€ I am willing to do payment plans, please ask me about this when filling out the commission form, however the first part of the payment must be made within 48 hours.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in clear/effective English, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.

  • Full refunds are a no-go when I start on your commission. This depends on what is the current state of your commission (If it’s still a sketch, or half of it or more is finished, etc.). If the artwork is fully finished, I will not be able to do any refunds.

  • If I have not started on your piece at all and it has been more than 4 months, you are eligible in getting a full refund.
if you wish to cancel your commission before work begins and it has not even been a full 48 hours, however, I will retain 5% of the original commission payment in EURO as a convenience fee.

  • New: Rush orders will be accepted at times, but please do keep in mind I will charge a fee up to 50% depending on the time window given for completion, as well as the project size.

  • In the event that you are unreachable by ordinary contact means (Email/Twitter/Discord) for 3 months or more, I reserve the right to cancel the commission and retain a 5% fee. If you are unreachable for 6 months or more, a refund will not be issued. If you are unreachable for 1 year or more, then the payment is void.

Regarding you, the commissioner:

  • The prices you see in my price sheet, as well as the artwork itself, are for
    PERSONAL/PRIVATE USAGE ONLY.

  • You will be always sent at least one WIP picture during the commission process (unless it is a sketch commission, or just a very small order overall, such as chibi heads), and if you do wish for any heavier changes while the commission is still in its sketch phase, I will be willing to do at least one heavier change. After the commission is finished I will only be able to make small adjustments, anything other than that is not a possibility.

  • You are able to print the artwork for yourself, or use it for any personal use that you’d like.

  • You are able to post the artwork on any social media, as long as proper credit is given.

  • You are not able to claim the artwork as your own.

  • You are prohibited to sell the work, or anything implied as representing the work in any way, such as by a non-fungible token (NFT). It may not be referenced by new contracts, including on distributed applications, without my approval. It may not be used in any current or future block-chain related technology.

  • You are prohibited to upload my work in Mimic [https://illustmimic.com/en/] or other AI imaging websites and related. Do not commission me with the intent to put any of my work into AI.

  • If you are interested in my work for COMMERCIAL USE (Excluding NFTs), please contact me with the information about the usage of the artwork, as well as to receive a proper price quote.

Regarding me, the artist:

  • I reserve the right to deny your commission for whatever reason.

  • I reserve the right to change these terms at any time.

  • I reserve all the copyrights to my artwork, meaning I can use it for my own advertisements/self-promotion in any shape or form.

  • In the case these terms are ever breached at any point, I reserve the right to take whatever action necessary, such as canceling the order, blacklisting, dropping the commission fully, etc. Please make sure to read everything carefully.

Personal notes:

  • Please keep in mind that I have other people who have commissioned me and the overall procedure will be rather slow. I do not work on orders chronologically, as I tend to work on things as I get inspired each day.
Please do not rush me, and if this is something that you cannot agree to, please consider working with a different artist.

  • I deal with a lot of mental health-related problems, therefore my estimates on finishing a job should not be taken as a 100% truth unless it is a rush order - Please keep this in mind if you want to commission me. My schedules can quickly change depending on the status of my health, such as medication (or lack thereof) influencing my workflow, and rather frequent doctor visits, difficult migraines and other possible issues, however you will be always updated accordingly, this is more of a general notice.

  • Please feel free to message me any time for an update on your order, but please try to keep it to a reasonable amount. Asking for an update every week or every day does not fall in the "reasonable amount" category (Unless it is a rush order with a very tight deadline).

  • In case you're uploading the artwork somewhere that is public, my personal advice for you is to upload it in lower resolution. If you would like me to send you a watermarked version I can also do that for you. With the current issues of AI, if you are able to use Glaze also, I highly recommend it.

To ensure you've read these terms, when sending in a commission form my way, please answer the question "What is your favorite food?" somewhere in it, in whatever way you desire. I apologize for having to ask of this but I had to deal with far too many people who just did not read the TOS.
